Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances contained therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity document (KTP), your date of birth, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number for SMS verification, and a valid personal email address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify gg228 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. gg228 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until gg228 receives written notification of a breach and has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, gg228 requires Members to complete a KYC verification process. This process may include submission of a clear copy or photograph of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card), a selfie photograph holding the document, and proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals. gg228 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal privileges suspended until compliance is achieved.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. gg228 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 against the remaining Balance of a dormant Account. Members will be notified via registered email prior to the application of any dormancy fees. The Account may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a bank account, e-wallet, or any other payment method not registered in the Member's verified name — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, the Account suspended pending investigation, and gg228 reserves the right to permanently close the Account and forfeit any associated Balance.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's verified name and linked to the Account at the time of KYC completion. gg228 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Members must ensure that any real-money Balance has been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian public holidays, Idul Fitri, or periods of scheduled bank maintenance may experience processing delays beyond the standard timeframe; gg228 will communicate such delays via site notice or email.
Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (06:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window. gg228 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Members are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or e-wallet provider if funds originate from or are directed to accounts denominated in a foreign currency. gg228 does not charge platform-level transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by gg228 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this clause and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to roulette, baccarat, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement fulfilment; the contribution rate for each game type is published in the Promotions section of the Platform.
Bonus funds that are not wagered through within 7 calendar days of the date of award will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Bonus Balance without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
gg228 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets across markets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, withdrawing before completing wagering requirements by exploiting loopholes, and coordinated abuse with other Members. Where bonus abuse is detected, gg228 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any winnings derived from the bonus, suspend the Account, and permanently ban the Member from future promotional participation.
The new member welcome bonus is available exclusively to Members who have never previously held an Account on the Platform. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per individual, per household address, per IP address, and per device. Welcome bonuses are not available to Members who have been re-registered following a prior account closure.

gg228 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any financial losses attributable to unauthorized account access resulting from the Member's failure to maintain credential security.
Gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you participate in all wagering activities of your own free will and at your own financial risk. gg228 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed on the Platform.
gg228 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or receipt of a regulatory directive requiring account closure. Upon closure initiated by gg228 for cause, any Bonus Balance is immediately forfeited; real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's verified bank account or e-wallet within 10 business days, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily may submit a written closure request to our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal account after deducting any applicable dormancy fees. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the operating entity.
In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact gg228's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 14 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution process prescribed by the Platform's gaming license regulator, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights that a Member may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in Indonesia.
gg228 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and by email to the registered address on file, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice before the amended terms take effect. For non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates required by law — changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
